First Fire Engine.

This picture is often depicted as the first fire engine in Grand Falls. I have also seen it described as the first AND Co fire engine too. I also once saw it described as being in Millertown. On closer inspection of the picture and the background I am kind of leaning towards Millertown. What is the consensus out there?
